Access Personal health records via "MY HEALTH RECORD" App.

All our health records will soon be available to you and the doctor to consult at the tap of the mobile phone. The Union Ministry of Health and Family welfare has developed an app that will allow users to store their detailed health profile, past prescriptions, lab records and diagnoses at one platform that they can share with medical professionals when they need it.
The app precludes the need to carry medical records when patients visit doctors. 
                           the app "MY HEALTH RECORD" is ready and set to be launched in a couple of months after security checks are complete. Equipped with multi-factor authentication. It is part of the mega National Digital Health blueprint that the center has prepared. This move is aimed at empowering with a one-stop forum to store all the details of their health which they can share professionals even if they are not carrying physical files around. The app will allow people to create profiles. It will password protected and users can keep updating physical or digital health records. When patients want doctors to access records, They can generate OTP with a medical professional.
                                                      The app My Health Record is designed in such a way that there will be different categories of records.
